About

I grew up in New York City, where noise, energy, and colors shaped my earliest visual instincts. Yet my first photographic influence came from the quiet clarity of Ansel Adams, whose black‑and‑white landscapes opened a door to places I longed to see. My language later shifted toward the raw immediacy of Daido Moriyama and the charged tension I encountered in Marina Abramović’s work at MoMA. These forces shaped earlier series such as Occupy and They Will Never Kill Us All, which explore human friction and interdependence.

The images in the Andalucía collection, unlike previous collections, is about people and long held traditions, it is vital in their modern day practices, and Silencio and Toy are social pieces on empowerment, apathy, and climate.

Photographic works were exhibited in the U.S. and Europe, including the Pollux Awards in Barcelona, the Muroff‑Kotler Visual Arts Gallery NY, BAU Gallery NY, the Miami Photo Salon Festival, the Grand Prix de Découverte in Paris, the Garrison Art Center NY, and the Barrett Art Center NY. Jurors have included Stephen Shore, Harvey Stein, and curators from major institutions.
